Coaching
Occasionally we will offer a one-session group coaching event, but in general, our coaching programs are delivered in a private 1-on-1 format. Why 1-on-1? Because we believe that the 1-on-1 format is the tried and true method of successful coaching that allows for flexibility, privacy for open and honest communication, and personal accountability.
You will have online access to our calendar to schedule your sessions at times convenient for you.
There will be homework. The homework is relevant to either the most recently completed session or in preparation for the next session. None of it will take you more than an hour to complete.
All sessions are held via Google Meet and recorded. You are provided the recording for your future reference.
Courses
Our pre-recorded on-demand courses are broken down into bite-sized pieces that are manageable to consume which makes them easier to implement.
Courses are hosted on the Kajabi platform so you are able to access the content from your computer or any mobile device if you are on the go.
