Drawing with putty

I like to think that I'm artistic and crafty, but....

I indulge in one subscription box that brings me a selection of new art supplies every month. I'm always excited to open my box and try out the goodies inside!

Last month I was introduced to watercolor pencils. They look and feel like colored pencils but when the color gets wet, they magically fade into watercolor paint. 😲

This month's box was not a disappointment either. Here's a new idea: drawing with putty! Yes, it looks similar to silly putty that I used as a kid to "copy" cartoon pictures from the comics pages of the Sunday newspaper, but it's made out of graphite.

If you draw, it is used similar to charcoal.

I'm excited to draw today! 🥰
